This is a fantastic high-end maintenance free single family home rental community. The houses are nicely designed and constructed by a local builder (Robert Thomas) with quality finishes.

We have lived in a house in this community for 3 months while we were waiting to move out of state. The house was an excellent fit for us and management was very responsive if we ever needed anything. The fitness area and pool were great to have in the community. Neighbors were really friendly and great for our short stay!

I just moved in to Canvas about a week ago. Beautiful neighborhood, and has met all my expectations. The design of the homes was well thought out.The neighborhood is serene and has lovely walking trails, with well manicured lawns. Ashley ( Canvas office staff)is efficient, and will always follow up and follow through.
